How much does it cost?

It depends on scope, but we work in three ranges: one-off projects from Q 35,000, a dedicated team from Q 45,000 a month, and the growth partner model with a fixed part plus a variable one. You leave the diagnosis call with a concrete range, not with an “it depends”.

What if it does not work?

Targets are put in writing before we start and reviewed monthly with the dashboard open. If after 90 days the agreed metric has not moved, we adjust the plan without billing the corrective work. In the growth partner model, the variable part simply is not charged.

Do you keep my code or my accounts?

No. Repositories, domains, cloud and ad accounts are in your company’s name from day one. We work with permissions you can revoke. When the project closes we hand over technical documentation so any other vendor can carry on.

Do you only work with large companies?

No, but we do work with companies that already have sales and want to organise and scale. If you are still validating whether your product sells, the diagnosis will help you, but you probably do not need to hire us yet — and we will tell you so.

How exactly do you use AI?

On two fronts. Internally, to build faster with mandatory human review on every change. And in your operation: agents wired into your systems that answer, quote and follow up, with clear rules on when to escalate to a person.

How much of my time do you need?

A weekly 45-minute meeting and availability by message to unblock decisions. We move everything else. If you have to stand over a vendor for them to make progress, the vendor is badly set up.
